The Mizuno MP 63 Irons is Mizuno's latest high tech driver. At 460cc and featuring Mizuno's UDS technology (Ultimate Dynamic Stability), the E500 performs with the MOI equivalent of a head measuring 500cc. The super large sweet spot and low centr of gravity produce trajectory optimized for maximum distance. The UDS technology enhances stability and maximizes the energy transferred on impact by minimizing the side to side and up and down vibrations.
Mizuno introduces it's all new JPX line for 2009. The new Mizuno MP 63 Irons is an advanced one piece forging made from soft S25C steel. It features a 30g tungsten insert in the 4-7 irons to help get the ball in the air and lower the CG for optimal trajectory. The Mizuno JPX E500 Driver uses a deep cavity design which creates more forgiveness on off center hits and a pure feel at impact reducing the vibrations on misses. Strong lofts and a mid sized package equal super performance coupled with forgiveness and feel.
Ping Anser Irons is definitely a nice looking club. The swoop back makes the club appear smaller than it is, which, in my opinion is reassuring. I currently play an R7 425 and feel comfortable swinging that sized club. While the Cleveland Hibore XL Driver is physically larger, it did not feel much larger in my hands or while swinging.
Anser Irons is perhaps one of the most important items in golfer's bag of clubs. A driver that is designed for optimal performance can allow a golfer to start his game on the right footing. The right shaft length and club head size that fit a golfer's skill and built should to well in starting a winning game. Choosing the right driver is one of the most important details of anyone who seriously wants to consider taking up golf as a hobby or professionally.
New for 2008 is the new Ping Anser, which is aimed at the golfer in search of increased distance, workability, higher ball speed, and high launch angle. I've been testing the new Cleveland HiBore XLS Tour driver (10.5* Regular Flex) for the past month and I'm quite pleased with the results and is a welcome addition to the already popular HiBore XL line of golf clubs.
